Ho West District
Ho West District is one of the twenty-five (25) districts in the Volta Region, Ghana. Its capital and administrative centre is Dzolokpuita
The Ho West Assembly was established by the Legislative Instrument (LI) 2083 of 2012. It is the highest political and administrative authority in the District. The population of the District stood at 94,600 as shown in Table1 (2010 Population and Housing Census). There are 45,361 males representing 48% and 49,239 females representing 52% of the total population. The male and female populations are also estimated to be 54,989 and 57,097 representing 49% and 51% respectively by the end of the year 2017.
